Bangkok Airways, Rwandair, Virgin Australia
Bangkok Airways offer flights primarily around Thailand and Cambodia out of Bangkok. Points can be earned and redeemed on these flights.

Latam
Even thought LATAM left oneworld in 2020, flights can still be credited to British Airways but not on all routes. The flights that cant be credited to BA, can be credited to Qatar however.
For redemptions, its no longer possible to redeem via BA but Iberia and Qatar can be used.
Middle East Airlines
Middle East Airlines are based in Beirut and offer the following direct routings:

These flight will earn points and can also be redeemed for Avios on the Qatar website.
Jetblue
Flights taken on Jetblue can be credited to Qatar and so earn Avios, but they cannot be used to book flights on Jetblue.
Oman Air
While technically you can make a points booking on Oman Air via Qatar, you can only do so for flights between Doha and Muscat.
However, Oman Air is due to join oneworld in 2024, when this happens all flights should be bookable using Avios.
